Women on the Move is a six week activity programme suited to all age groups and includes activities which cater for all fitness levels. Each session lasts for one hour and depending on the weather may be indoor/outdoors. The programme includes fun games and workouts which help to improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and mobility.
Over the past couple of years we have run successful Women on the Move Programmes
in Dungarvan, Portlaw, Lismore, Carrickphierish & Clashmore/Kinsalebeg.
All the women who have participated have thoroughly enjoyed the experience, one participant said ‘I really loved doing it with friends that I made and helped me get fitter also’.
