September is Waterford SportsAbility Month

Waterford SportsAbility Forum
is delighted to host a SportsAbility month throughout September.
SportsAbility month will give children and adults an opportunity to try out a number of taster sessions over the month all of which are FREE of charge. Participants can attend events with their families and siblings.

For children and adults with a disability. Orienteering is a sport of navigation, like a treasure hunt. Participants will go in teams to find their way around the course in each of the parks.

Autism in Sport – Online Training Course Thursday 22nd September
7 to 8.30pm
Online Via Zoom

For coaches, volunteers, teachers, SNA’s and parents. The course content is designed to help participants to recognise and understand key areas of consideration and to look at practical strategies which will help to include people with autism in sport.
