Our Physical Activity for Health Autumn–Winter 2025 programmes are launching soon—and bookings officially open on Monday 15th September @9am

Stay active, connected, and well through the colder months with a range of welcoming, inclusive sessions designed for all abilities. Whether you’re getting started or getting back to it, we’ve got something for you:

What’s on offer:

✔️ Seated Exercise – Perfect if you’re looking for a gentle, low-impact way to stay active
✔️ Walking Programmes – Social, accessible walks to boost your mood and fitness
✔️ Strength & Balance – Build confidence, improve mobility, and help prevent falls


These programmes are designed to support your physical and mental wellbeing through the season—and they fill up fast!

For people who walk unaided and want to stay strong on their feet and falls free for life.

For people living independently with chronic conditions

For people with neurological conditions or conditions affecting functional ability, such as MS, Parkinson’s, or Stroke

For people living independently with chronic conditions.

For people living independently with chronic conditions.
Eight Week Programme
