Join us for a four week Walking Yoga Programme this Autumn
Men and Women aged over 50 are invited to join our morning walking programme that will combine elements of yoga practice with a peaceful walk in nature.
Don’t worry you won’t need any equipment to join in. Prepare by wearing comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing.

Meeting @ the Bandstand in the People’s Park, Waterford.
Starting Tuesday 2nd November | 11.30am to 12.30pm
