We are excited to offer two new Let’s Run programmes for women in January 2020 in Waterford City and Kilmacthomas. Let’s Run is for women who always wanted to run but never had the confidence to try. The programmes will run over six weeks and will be delivered in a fun and social atmosphere with lots of encouragement and advice to keep you on track.
