Inclusive Summer Camps 2026

We’re delighted to offer a range of inclusive summer camps across Waterford for children and young people with disabilities. From water adventures and cycling to football and GAA, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, build confidence, learn new skills and make new friends in a supportive environment.

Places are limited, so book early!


Water Inclusion Outdoor Adventure Camp
Villierstown Boat Club

Age: 13–18 years
4 Day Camp: Monday 27th July, Tuesday 28th July, Wednesday 29th July, Thursday 30th July
Time: 10 am – 2 pm

In partnership with Active Connections. This is a therapeutic water inclusion camp tailored for young people with a disability, offering inclusive outdoor activities such as water-based games, nature exploration, and confidence-building exercises. Camp provides 1-1 support for each participant.

Please note: Participants must be able to self feed. No personal care needs provided.
Cost: €80 per person

Time: 10 am – 2 pm

Age: 11–18 years

3 Day Camp: Tuesday 21st July, Wednesday 22nd July, Thursday 23rd July
Time: 10 am – 11 am

For Children with Low Support Needs
An exciting and supportive cycling camp designed for young people with disabilities. The camp is aimed at teens who may have previously cycled or for those who wish to learn a new skill. It aims to increase cycling confidence and teach the basics of cycling such as balancing, cornering, breaking and ready position. This cycling camp will be carpark-based. Bikes & Helmets will be provided for participants.

Age: 6–13 years

3 Day Camp: Monday 17th August, Tuesday 18th August, Wednesday 19th August
Time: 10.30 am – 12 pm

For Children with Low Support Needs
Inclusive GAA Cúl Camp is designed for children with disabilities. This camp offers a supportive environment where everyone can take part, learn new skills, and enjoy Gaelic games at their own pace. Participants will enjoy skill-based coaching in Gaelic football and hurling, fun games and team activities and opportunities to build confidence, coordination, and friendships.

Please note: Camp is held on a grass pitch surface. Venue may change due to weather.

Cost: €35 per person (includes jersey, zip top)

This camp offers a supportive environment where everyone can take part, learn new skills, and enjoy Gaelic games at their own pace. Participants will enjoy skill-based coaching in Gaelic football and hurling, fun games and team activities and opportunities to build confidence, coordination, and friendships.

For Teens with Low Support Needs

Inclusive Football for All Camp in partnership with Waterford FC is designed for teens aged 13–18 years with low support needs. This fun and supportive camp gives participants the opportunity to enjoy football, learn new skills, build confidence, and make new friends in an inclusive environment. Activities include skill-based football coaching, fun games, and team activities delivered at a pace that suits participants.

Please note: Camp takes place on a grass pitch surface. Venue may change due to weather.
