Calling all Older Adults Groups in Waterford- National Grant Scheme now open!
WSP are delighted to announce that the National Grant Scheme opened on Tuesday 26th August.
The grant scheme will provide funding towards the purchasing of equipment or activity programmes to increase opportunities for older people to participate in sport and physical activity. This grant scheme has been hugely successful in the past €6170 being awarded to twenty groups in 2013. Groups interested in taking part in a Waterford Go for Life Games league in spring 3014 are encouraged to apply for funding to purchase a GFL Games Kitbag and cover associated challenge match costs.
