WSP co-ordinates Circuit Training for Over 50’s in Cappoquin, Dungarvan, Kilmacthomas, Tramore & Waterford City.
The adapted circuit includes a range of exercises to develop strength, joint mobility, flexibility, co-ordination, fitness, memory retention and, most importantly, to have some fun. These circuits provide an opportunity for people to meet once a week and enjoy physical activity in a social setting.
€3 per person – includes tea/coffee
