Buggy Buddies is back!
The next programme begins in Cill Barra Community Centre on Wednesday 16th January from 9.30 am- 10.30 am.
All classes are indoors and instructed by Sinead Brannigan, who delivers a great quality session tailored to suit the needs of the participants.
The classes consist of exercises suited for all fitness levels and abilities, focusing on improving cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.
Cost: €25 per 6 week block/ €5 pay as you go option
