Details:
An inclusive walking and nature-therapy programme for adults living well, led by Sarah Hourigan from Nature Therapy Ireland. Gentle walks, mindful breathing and sensory activities help participants relax, connect with nature and others, and support overall wellbeing.

Enjoy Tennis – Adults
For: Adults with a disability (low support needs)
Date: Monday 14th September – 6-week block
Time: 11am–12pm
Venue: Kingfisher Club Waterford
Details:
An indoor tennis programme designed for adults with low support needs. Participants can learn, play and connect through tennis in a welcoming and supportive environment. Sessions focus on fun, fitness and personal growth and are suitable for a range of skill levels. All equipment is provided and no previous tennis experience is needed.

Junior Enjoy Tennis – Teens 11–18 Years
For: Children aged 11–18 with mild intellectual disabilities and Down Syndrome
Date: Wednesday 30th September
Time: 4–5pm
Venue: Tramore Tennis Club

A fun and inclusive tennis taster session. Come along, have a go, learn some skills and enjoy being active in a supportive environment.

Chair Aerobics

A fun, gentle chair aerobics programme helping participants stay active, improve mobility and enjoy exercise in a supportive environment.

Table Tennis

Christmas Walk & Train Ride
For: Adults with a disability
Date: Tuesday 1st December
Time: 10.30am
Venue: Suir Valley Railway, Kilmeaden
Details:
Join us for a festive walk and train ride with Santa, followed by tea/coffee and refreshments at the Suir Valley Railway. Participants are encouraged to wear their Christmas jumpers and hats.
