Social Soccer
Wednesday 24th September | Wednesday 29th October | Wednesday 26th November | 1 – 2pm

For Adults with a Disability
Social Soccer offers something for all participants. Two groups will be formed based on the participants’ ability. Those with mild to moderate disabilities take part in a competitive match. Those with moderate to severe disabilities take part in fun activities & games.


Try Tennis
Monday 15th September to Monday 20th October (6 week) | 11am – 12pm
Kingfisher Club |Waterford | €10pp
For Adults with a Mild/Moderate Intellectual Disability
This New Indoor Tennis Programme is specially designed for adults with a mild intellectual disability. The programme offers a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where participants can learn, play, and connect through tennis. With a strong emphasis on fun, fitness, and personal growth, each session is tailored to suit a range of skill levels. All equipment is provided, and no prior tennis experience is needed.


Go Fish
Thursday 2nd October | 11am – 1pm  | Oaklands Fishery (New Ross) | €10pp
For Adults with Mild to Moderate Disabilities
This is a tutor-led fishing programme where participants are guided through the basics of fishing, including attaching bait, casting, reeling in, and safely releasing fish in a calm and gentle manner.


Activator Pole Walking
Tuesday 23rd September to Tuesday 11th November (8 week programme) | 11.15am – 12pm
SETU Arena | €10pp
For Adults with intellectual/sensory disability
This specially designed Activator Pole programme offers a fun, low-impact physical activity tailored for people with a disability. Using lightweight, ergonomically designed poles, participants can enjoy improved mobility, balance, and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Led by trained instructors, the sessions are fully adaptable to suit individual needs and abilities.


Christmas Walk & Train Ride
Tuesday 2nd December | 10.30am
Suir Valley Railway Kilmeaden | €10pp
For Adults with a with a Disability
Join us for a festive walk and train ride with Santa for adults with a disability followed by tea/coffee and refreshments at the Suir Valley Railway Kilmeaden. Participants are encouraged to wear their Christmas jumpers and hats.
