We are very aware that it is challenging to remain in your own home when you’re used to getting out and about. Sinéad our Sports Development Officer has a ‘Daily Activity Planner’ which she can send to you by post so that you can create your own daily physical activity routine, or if you would like to become part of our ‘Older Adult Home Movement Group’ please contact Sinéad and she will call, or text you every Monday to set a new weekly challenge, and find out how you got on with last week’s challenge.
