Physical Activity for Health Programmes | May to July 2026
These programmes aim to provide a service to those living with a chronic condition who have left the healthcare system and wish to re-engage in physical activity and may need additional support before participating in a current local sports partnership programme.
Reduced rates available for GP/Medical Card Holders.

Anne Valley Walk, Dunhill | Meeting at the car park with the hut
Walk 3: Tuesday 7th July @ 11.00am
Crough Wood, Mahon Bridge | Meeting at the car park by Crough Café

A series of accessible walks. We will cater for all abilities with various distances, and you can go at your own pace.

Who Can Attend?
For people with chronic pain or arthritis who can get on and off the mat unassisted.
