Baby Bells

Published: August 9, 2019

We have teamed up with Waterford Warriors Strength and Conditioning toBaby Bells for mums of new babies 0-12 months. The programme gives new mums an opportunity to exercise with their baby over six weeks. The programme is tutored by Rachael Wall who has designed a specific programme suited to the mums fitness level. Each week, Rachael increases the intensity of the workout, challenging the group in a safe and supportive environment.

Our next block of Babybells starts on Tuesday 10th
or Thursday 12th September at 10.15am.
