A great initiative from Carlow Sports Partnership to help everyone to stay active, with the help of Una Halpin of Wildways Adventures, Johanna Brown of Wildtime and Mary White of Blackstairs Eco Trails have all designed some outdoor challenges to help give you some new and different ways to stay active and learn about biodiversity at the same time.
