Waterford Sports Partnership will run three cycling programmes in Summer 2019.
You can do one programme or all three, depending on what you would like to achieve!
Let’s Cycle BASIC
Carpark only session | (1 x 90 minute session)
Covering bike maintenance, correct saddle height, basic riding skills and focusing on gaining confidence again.

Let’s Cycle CONFIDENCE
Carpark | Greenway | Cyclepath | Minimum road contact | (3 x 90 minute sessions)
Covering braking, cornering, gearing and group cycling.

Let’s Cycle TOGETHER
Carpark & road sessions | (4 x 90 minute sessions)
Covering road safety & etiquette on the road.
€20pp
