Waterford Sports Partnership Funding Scheme Fund for the promotion of quality coaching and leadership and initiatives leading to increased participation in sport and physical activity.

National Grant Scheme for Sport and Physical Activity for Older People
Go for Life now invites applications for the National Grant Scheme, under which funding will be made available to help increase the participation of older people in recreational sport and physical activity. Applications will be accepted from local clubs and organisations wishing to implement initiatives that will increase the participation of older people in recreational sport and physical activity.

Sports Capital Grants Programme
The National Lottery-funded Sports Capital Programme, which is advertised on an annual basis, allocates funding to projects that are directly related to the provision of sport or recreational sport facilities and are of a capital nature.

Local Authority Swimming Pool Programme
Grant-aid from the Exchequer is made available to local authorities and bodies supported by local authorities, towards the cost of providing new swimming pools or refurbishing existing pools.
