
REC1 Course
This is a one-day course designed to introduce a systematic way of first aid for managing casualties/injuries covering: How to treat an unconscious casualty, Bleeding wounds, Broken limbs and C.P.R.
Award
Participants receive a Certificate recognising their achievement in fulfilling the course criteria.

REC2 Course
This is a two-day course developing basic skills to deal with multiple casualties / injuries. It covers most of the situations which can arise at the scene of an accident or emergency. This course will cover: vital signs, accident procedure,injury management, first aid kits, common medical, emergencies, casualty handling, multiple casualties & prioritisation (Triage), drowning, resuscitation & CPR.
