- PEOPLE with a DISABILITY: A substantial restriction in the capacity of a person to carry on a profession, business or occupation or to participate in social or cultural life by reason of enduring a physical, sensory, mental health or intellectual impairment (NDA definition)
- JOB SEEKERS: Any individual who is in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) or on the Back to Work (BTW) scheme.
- OLDER ADULTS: Anybody aged 55 years and older
- COMMUNITY RATE: This acknowledges discounted community rates available to any member of the public including the above target groups.
